A hardworking, versatile and techno-savvy professional with experience of more than 18 years working as Admin and HR Manager since, 2012. Before that he has held many field level positions in direct implementation programmes of Cohesion in Gujarat and groomed himself to take up the senior roles. He has been a driving force behind many ventures of Cohesion. Way back in 2002 he successfully led the handicraft enterprise started by Cohesion with women from rural areas. He has hands on experience of nurturing and establishing FPOs. He has experience of implementing programmes related to agriculture and horticulture. Presently he oversee all the administrative functions of Cohesion and carries our routine admin and HR related work. He is a fast learner and very adept at handling office IT equipment.

Besides his routine admin and HR work he guides the horticulture initiatives taken by the organization in South Gujarat with the tribal men and women farmers. Over the years his expertise in planning, management and technical knowhow has increased to a level that he has helped field teams develop sustainable and scalable horticulture models.
