Having completed Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management (Jodhpur), Rajasthan, he has been working in the development sector since more than 15 years. With previous experience of working with Cohesion he joined Cohesion again in 2018. His key areas of work include managing and implementing development projects related to livelihood, sustainable agriculture, nutrition programme and skill development. He possesses strong resource mobilization skill alongwith documentation, reporting, training, liasioning with GOs/NGOs/Funding agencies and CSR. He has been handling multiple projects in his role including projects supported by NRLM, NABARD, WIPRO, HDFC, HCL. In past he has worked with many reputed organisations like Saath Charitable Trust, GVK-EMRI, Akshayapatra Foundation and Indo-Global Social Service Society.

With keen interest in MIS he has been able to systematically compile, organize and update data, reports and documents, which has helped to develop organizational and programmatic information database.
