Ritu is a professional with more than two decades of experience in the development sector. She has keen interest and specialisation in a wide array of things, ranging from Health, Nutrition, RMNCHA and ECCD to Livelihood, Girl Child, and Gender Equality. With an abundant and diverse background, she has a master’s degree in Social Work Counselling, MBA, a diploma in Medical Lab Technology, and did her graduation in Education Programme from Delhi University. Presently working with Cohesion Foundation Trust as a documentation and communication expert, she has previously worked with Plan International- India Chapter, Aurasa Balance for Life, Blind Relief Association, and Gujarmal Modi Hospital.

In addition, she has successfully organised numerous national and international conferences, award shows, events and conducted training programs. Ritu possesses a rich skill set with strong leadership, administration, managerial, communication, and project management skills.
